Let’s start with a few basics
Please have a read through these terms before purchasing any of our digital content.
They’re here to set out your rights, our responsibilities, and what you can expect from us.

  1. A quick summary of your key rights. Under UK law, you have some solid protections when buying digital content:

For full guidance, visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk. This summary doesn’t replace the full contract below – have a proper read to understand everything fully.

  1. About data and downloads. Some of our content may need to be downloaded or streamed. Please check file sizes to avoid unexpected data charges (especially on mobile!).
  2. Who we are and how this works. We are KND sp. z o.o., ul. Kujawska 12c, 05-220 Zielonka, Poland, contact@theparentjourney.co.uk. You are the customer purchasing our digital content for personal (not business) use. This contract is in English and forms the legal agreement between us.
  3. By placing an order, you also agree to our Website Terms and Conditions, any additional terms we tell you about (we’ll give you a month’s notice of changes).
  4. Key info we must give you. We’ll always give you the legally required details before a purchase. If something changes, we’ll only update it with your agreement.
  5.  Your privacy. We handle your data with care. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
  6. How ordering works
  1. Cancelling your order. You have 14 days to cancel unless you start accessing the content straight away – and we tell you this clearly (which we do!). To cancel, email us at contact@theparentjourney.co.uk with this info:

I wish to cancel my purchase of [course name], bought on [date].
Name: [your name]
Address: [your address]

If you haven’t accessed the content yet, we’ll refund you in full within 14 days.

The exception are products that offer a free, unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. You will be specifically notified of these cases, and we are absolutely committed to refunding your money – simply notify us via email.

  1. What you can and can’t do with our content. When you buy a course, you get a licence to use it – you don’t own it. You can: use it for personal use, access it worldwide (as long as you follow local laws). You can’t: share, copy, sell or distribute it, adapt or reverse-engineer it, use it in other software or products, remove copyright or branding. You may receive updates or new versions as part of your licence.
  2.  Accessing your content. After your order is confirmed, we’ll send you details on how to log in. Some content may be delivered in parts (we’ll say so on the course page). If access is delayed due to things beyond our control, we’ll let you know and give you a new access date.
  3. Payment details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. No cash, sorry! Your card is charged at checkout. We use secure, encrypted systems. If something goes wrong outside our control, we’re not liable. Prices are in GBP £.
  4. If something goes wrong

If the content isn’t working as it should, get in touch at contact@theparentjourney.co.uk. You might be entitled to:

Make sure to:

  1. Ending the contract. Ending the contract doesn’t affect money you still owe us, if any.
  2. Our legal responsibility. We’re not responsible for:
